We are qualified mechanics with many years of experience in gearbox repairs.
GETRIEBEZENTRUM EUROPA offers you a large selection of overhauled gearboxes. We specialize in overhaul, repair and overhaul of gearboxes.



What work is done with gear when you come to us

-Transmission is completely disassembled
-all parts are cleaned
-all mechanical components are checked for wear
– Tooth flank play and final drive bevel/crown wheel are checked
-Defective parts and adjustment dimensions are documented (e.g. synchronizer rings, dog teeth, paper seal strengths, etc.)
-All seals and zinc parts are renewed (new seal set, stud bolts, attachments)
-Gear is mounted
-Final drive is readjusted if necessary
- Backlash is checked or adjusted
-overhauled gearbox is checked for function and tightness
