First of all, "Why is it a normal license?"

I often hear that "it's a normal car license because it's a car with a side car", but what is important when using it on public roads is driving without a motorcycle license, regardless of registration.

If that "okay?" is a normal license, it is okay because it is unlicensed driving.
As with gyro minicar registration, it is not difficult (unfortunately) to register as a minicar or with a side car by masquerading as a government office or the Land Transport Bureau, because registration is a documentary procedure.
It seems that it became NG recently, but it seems that it was possible to register with a side car because one washer was put on one side and it was asymmetrical.
However, since it is based on the Road Traffic Law under the jurisdiction of the police for using it on public roads, even a three-wheeled vehicle is treated as a "specific motorcycle" in the normal width, and if you use it without a motorcycle license, you will be caught without a license.
When the tread is widened and exceeds the width of the motorcycle like this exhibited vehicle, the license classification is "normal license".
It's not a registration issue, it means that you usually need a license to use it on public roads.
If you interpret it well, you can ride without a motorcycle license if you have an ordinary license, but although it is a very stable three-wheeled vehicle, the operation method is the same as a motorcycle, so please understand it and consider it. think.
