J & F House Shinjuku is a 10-room house located in the center of Tokyo with JR "Shinjuku Station" and Tokyo Metro "Shinjuku 3-chome Station". Multinational people are occupying and exchanges between residents are also active! Foreigners will be mainly Westerners!

Shared facilities include kitchen, shower, toilet, living room, bilingual TV, PC, rooftop (clothes can be dried), etc. Each room is equipped with an air conditioner, a small refrigerator, a free internet connection environment, and terrestrial digital broadcasting (TV is prepared by yourself), so you can start your life immediately after moving in. Resident's card registration is also possible. The entrance is a card key and the caretaker is resident, so it is very safe.
