Japanese sweets that are favored by many sweet tooth because they do not use animal ingredients or dairy products and are relatively low in calories.
It's hot in July and I lose my appetite ... But I tried to make wonderful water confectionery that I want to eat. Water confectionery often refers to fruits, but here we have fresh Japanese confectionery such as yokan and warabi mochi. Make two water confectioneries that make the goldfish, sunflowers, and morning glory floating in the transparent kingyoku-kan look very beautiful, and take a total of six. The motif inside is also rewarding because it makes a small Neri-kiri and floats.
In addition, you will be given a lecture on the characteristics and usage of each coagulant such as jelly, agar, and agar, as well as ingredients that are compatible with each other.

Miyuki Suzu, who grew up in the United States and woke up to cooking from an early age, is energetically holding Japanese sweets classes online for overseas markets. As a JSA water confectionery art certified instructor and a JSA Neri-kiri art certified instructor, she is also looking forward to her delicate handiwork. Normally, Japanese sweets lessons are given in English, but we are holding a workshop on making Japanese sweets in both English and Japanese.
She can teach you from the basics carefully, so even beginners can enjoy it. No dairy products, no artificial colors, gluten-free and vegan. Please feel free to join us.
