The name "Sopra" means "up" in Italian, and we hope that you will have more fun and fulfilling days than before you lived in a share house.
(There are 9 rooms. Since it is a single house, the floor plan is 4LDK or more, but it is a common area with one private room)

[Management policy] So far, we have lived in a total of 11 countries including Japan. We aim to create a cozy atmosphere through events such as celebrating each other's anniversaries, as well as establishing rules to prevent troubles.

The common service fee includes water, light and heat + Wi-Fi.

[Access] It is a 12-minute walk from Itayado Station and a 17-minute walk from Shin-Nagata Station. Itayado Station and Shin-Nagata Station are convenient for Sannomiya and Motomachi. Also, from the bus stop "Goinoike", which is a 6-minute walk, there are about 5 buses that go directly to Kobe Station for about 1 hour. Since it is located on a hill, you will have to climb a slope to reach the house, but it will be a quiet and cool place.

[Area] The nearest convenience store is Seven-Eleven, which is a 7-minute walk. Itajuku Shopping Street is about a 10-minute walk. There are Daiei, drug stores, various restaurants, banks, etc. in the shopping district, and it is always lively.

[Equipment / Equipment] In addition to the 25m2 living room, we have prepared a 13m2 wooden deck. In addition, a system kitchen, 2 refrigerators, a desk for 8 people, etc. Each room is equipped with an air conditioner, as well as a wooden desk, chair, and hanger rack, and the necessary additional items are the minimum.

Deposit 30,000 yen, first month rent (daily from the date of move-in)
If you move in for 6 months or more, 30,000 yen will be refunded when you move out.
