Since it exceeds the width of a two-wheeled vehicle, it means that the license classification is a normal license.
However, even with three wheels, if the axle wheel distance is less than 460 mm, it is treated as a "specified two-wheeled vehicle" and is a "two-wheeled license classification".
I hear that "registration with a sidecar is okay with an ordinary license", but when using it on public roads, it is important to use the Road Traffic Act, regardless of registration, if you ride a normal wheeled vehicle without a two-wheeled license, you will naturally be driving without a license.
Furthermore, from the year before last, the Tricity 155 was described as "light two-wheeled vehicle with sidecar" due to the change of the light two-wheeled vehicle registration certificate.
It's complicated, but even if it's normal, it's a light two-wheeled vehicle with a sidecar on registration, but it's still a specific two-wheeled vehicle under the Road Traffic Act, so a two-wheeled license is required.
If the width of the specified two-wheeled vehicle is exceeded like this exhibited vehicle, the license classification under the Road Traffic Act will be a normal license, and conversely, even if you have a two-wheeled license, if you do not have a normal license, you will be driving without a license. Please.

As with the gyro miniature car, it is not difficult (troublesome) to trick the government office or the Land Transport Bureau into registering because of the paperwork.
However, regardless of registration, use on public roads is based on the Road Traffic Act, so even if you use a three-wheeled vehicle, you are not licensed if you use a "specific two-wheeled vehicle" without a two-wheeled license.

An ordinary driver's license with an expanded tread, if you interpret it well, you can ride with an ordinary driver's license without a two-wheeled license, but even though it is a highly stable three-wheeled vehicle, the operation method is almost the same as a two-wheeled vehicle, so please understand that.
