The room and water area are old, but the rent is cheap and recommended for those who do not spend much time at home for work.
On the contrary, it is not recommended for those who usually spend a lot of time at home.

Although it is a land called Gunma, there is only one train from Takasaki Station to Tokyo Station on the Takasaki Line, so even those who have business in Tokyo can easily go there. Even if you stop at each station, the required time is 2 hours and the train fare is less than 2000 yen. Door to Door is just over 2 hours.
