There is only an air conditioner in the LDK, but each private room has a fan. The highly airtight concrete structure makes it surprisingly cool even in the summer and comfortable even with an electric fan.
In winter, you can rent an oil fan heater.

There is no inconvenience to the surrounding environment such as convenience stores, supermarkets, drug stores, thrift shops, and bookstores.
It is located in the center of Maebashi City, close to Gunma Prefectural Office, Yamada Green Dome Maebashi, and Zuzuran Department Store.
Maebashi Toshogu, Maebashi Park next to the prefectural office, is ideal for a walk.




Ikaho Onsen and the summit of Mt. Akagi, which is a summer resort, can be easily reached in about 30 minutes by bus. The temperature of Lake Onuma on Mt. Akagi is around 20 degrees Celsius even in midsummer.

There is no parking lot, but you can rent a nearby monthly parking lot (around 8,000 yen a month).
If you go by bicycle for a little over 10 minutes, you can rent it for 4000 yen a month.
Bicycle parking is free. Bikes are negotiable
