This land is located on the Adatara Kogen, and is a very suitable location for both private campsites and auto campsite management. Building is possible, public road (8m) is grounded, water can be drawn in, and electricity can be drawn in.
The view is wonderful, and the plateau makes it cool in the summer, making it a place where you can enjoy a comfortable camp.
It is about 10 minutes from the Tohoku Expressway (Nihonmatsu IC).
I bought this land about 30 years ago when the country decided to build a large-scale resort facility on this land, but now I run and live in the "Izu Amagi Kogen Auto Camping Ground" in Izu. We also do. It takes 6 hours by car from Izu, so I gave up running my own campsite and decided to give it away.
There is a resort facility of Skypia nearby and you can enjoy the hot springs of Hiki, and there are many sightseeing spots and leisure spots nearby, so you can enjoy it all year round. If you purchase all the land in bulk, you can use it as a BBQ site (day camp), and it is a land that has the conditions for establishing campsite management. Moreover, the land preparation work is almost completed. You will be able to operate in GW.

I currently run an auto campsite in Izu. I can't get to Nihonmatsu. Also, as I got older, it became difficult to go far, so I decided to give it away this time.
